Choosing the right footwear can sometimes be frustrating. (Or loads of fun!) The main thing to remember is, "What am I going to use these shoes for?". If they are for walking, daily work, running errands, etc. then they had better be super comfortable! However, if they are for the occasional night on the town, then you can probably sacrifice some comfort for the latest style, or some heels that are much higher than you would typically wear. Most online shoe stores these days have a great free return policy, so the size shouldn't be a big issue. Remember, only you know what you will be doing most in each pair of shoes, so choose accordingly! Organizing Your Shoes. Organizing your shoes can be a tough task, especially when you have collected hundreds of them that you just can't do without! We have found that the best way to organize them is by using commercially available shoe racks, drawers or cabinets. You can find them at most home or container stores, and they are relatively inexpensive. The covered ones are best, so that you can keep dust off the shoes that you may only wear once in a while. However, it may be a pain to have to open every drawer to find the shoes you are looking for. So, if you have a polaroid camera handy, simply snap a picture of each open drawer and tape it to the outside, so you can always remember what shoes are where!
